1. The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Winuri, a trading name of a registered UK entity.

2. The Competition
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in all competitions listed on our website, winuri.com (referred to as the “Website”), including our regular prize draws (“Main Competitions”) and online “instant win” games (“Instant Wins”). Collectively, these are known as the “Competitions”.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other promotional materials, including listings or ads on the Website, these Terms shall prevail.
To be eligible for a prize, each participant (“Entrant”) must successfully answer a skill-based question or puzzle set by Winuri (the “Entry Question”).
Entry into any Competition requires payment of an entry fee. Where a simplified or multiple-choice question is provided, a free postal entry option is also made available.
3. How to Enter
Each Competition will run from the specified opening date to the closing date as stated on the Website (collectively the “Competition Period”). All times referenced are in London, UK time.
Winuri reserves the right to change the start or end dates for any Competition if necessary. Any changes will be announced on the Website.
All entries must be received before the published closing time. Any entries submitted afterward will not be valid, and no refunds will be given.
The maximum number of entries allowed for each Competition will be listed on its respective page. If the limit is reached, no additional entries will be accepted.
The number of times an individual can enter each Competition (including free entries) is also restricted and will be shown on the entry page.
To enter a Main Competition via the paid method:
Visit the Website and select your desired Competition.
Answer the Entry Question.
Choose the number of entries you wish to purchase.
Log into your account or register if you haven’t already.
Accept the Terms and complete your payment.
To enter an Instant Win Competition via the paid method:
Visit the Instant Win page on the Website.
Select how many entries you want.
Log in or create an account.
Accept the Terms and finalize your payment.
Use of third-party payment platforms like PayPal is restricted to users aged 18+. Please refer to their respective user agreements.
After payment is processed, a confirmation will be sent to the email linked to your Winuri account.
Winuri is not responsible for failed or incomplete entries due to technical issues including but not limited to device failure, system errors, or poor internet connection.
By entering any Competition (paid or free), you confirm your eligibility, agree to these Terms, and understand that you are entering into a legal agreement with Winuri.
To enter a Competition for free (whether Main or Instant Win):
Send your entry by first or second-class post to:

Include the following with your entry:
The name of the Competition
Your full name and date of birth
Your full postal address
A contact number and email address
The answer to the Entry Question
Incomplete or unclear entries will be disqualified.
You may submit multiple free entries, but each must be posted separately. Multiple entries in one envelope or on a single card will count as one.
Free entries must be received before the Closing Date and before all tickets are sold. Any free entry received within 48 hours of the Competition closing may be credited to your account instead.
If the maximum entry limit has been reached before your free entry arrives, you will not be entered or receive a credit.
Where postage cost exceeds the price of the paid entry (e.g., 49p entry fee vs. £1 stamp), you may receive bonus entries:
49p entry = 2 entries per stamp
29p entry = 3 entries per stamp
9p entry = 10 entries per stamp
Your entry details must match the details of your Winuri account for the entry to be processed.
4. Winner Selection
For Main Competitions: all correct answers will go into a prize draw. The winner will be selected randomly and the draw will take place within 7 days of the Competition closing.
A list of all Entrants (name and entry number) may be published on the Website or shown during the live draw. If you prefer to stay anonymous, email us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the draw.
For Instant Wins: each entry is randomly assigned a number matched to a prize. If your number matches a prize slot, you win instantly.
Win or not, results will be displayed on the Instant Win page after each entry.
Winners will receive an automatic email with prize confirmation. Those who don’t win will be notified via email as well.
Anyone selected to win a prize is considered a “Winner.”

5. Credit Site
Credit Site may be awarded as a gift or prize in certain Competitions.
Some Competition prizes may be exchangeable for Credit Site, if explicitly stated on the Competition’s webpage.
You may also receive Credit Site by submitting photos and testimonials after winning a Competition, subject to the Promoter’s criteria at the time.
Additional opportunities to earn Credit Site may be announced via our social media channels.
Credit Site must be used within 12 months of being credited to your account. Reminders will be sent one month before expiration and again on the expiration date. After this period, unused Credit Site will expire and cannot be applied as a discount to future Competition entries.
You can check your current Credit Site balance by logging into your account on the Website.
Credit Site holds no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other real-world currency.
6. Eligibility
Competitions are open to all residents aged 18 or over, excluding:
Employees of the Promoter;
Employees of agents or suppliers connected with the administration of the Competition;
Immediate family members or household members of the individuals listed above.
By entering a Competition, you confirm your eligibility. Proof of eligibility may be requested and must be provided within a reasonable timeframe, or your entry may be disqualified.
The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
Automatically generated by a computer;
Incomplete.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct goes against the spirit of the Competition, including abusive or inappropriate behavior toward the Promoter or associated individuals.
No entry fee refunds will be provided if:
You later discover you are ineligible;
Eligibility criteria change after your entry;
You are disqualified for breaching these terms.
Entrants will be disqualified, with all entries voided and no refund, if they are involved in:
Any form of fraud;
Misrepresentation or concealment;
Hacking or tampering with the Website;
Unauthorized use or modification of Website code.
7. The Prize
Each Competition prize is described on the Website. Descriptions are accurate as of the Opening Date.
Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Not all Instant Win prizes may be won, depending on entry volume.
While the Promoter strives to award the prize as described, no warranties are made regarding accuracy, completeness, or value.
Cash alternatives are not provided unless explicitly stated or offered at the Promoter’s discretion.
Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.
For vehicle prizes:
A valid MOT (if required) will be provided;
No insurance or tax is included;
The Winner must ensure the vehicle is insured, taxed, and legally operable;
Safety equipment is the Winner’s responsibility.
For holiday or event prizes:
The prize will specify travel class, carrier, destination, and any excluded dates;
The prize excludes insurance, transfers, meals, spending money, and personal expenses unless stated;
Travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) are the Winner’s responsibility;
Once travel dates are confirmed, they cannot be changed.
For property prizes:
The Winner may choose between the property (with furnishings and a cash supplement) or a cash alternative;
Property value is indicative and may fluctuate;
The Promoter will cover Stamp Duty and legal fees for transfer;
Title transfer must be completed within 90 days or the Prize may be forfeited;
Cash prizes will be paid within 14 working days of verification.
8. Winners
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Standard Competition Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the Draw Date using the provided contact information. If uncontactable or unresponsive within 14 days, the prize may be awarded to the next eligible entrant.
Instant Win Winners will be notified online immediately and contacted within 48 hours. If uncontactable or unresponsive within 14 days, the prize may be reallocated or returned to the prize pool.
The Promoter will publish the Winner’s name and winning number on the Website and may share these details upon request.
To opt out of having your name published, contact the Promoter at [email protected] before the Closing Date. However, this information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
If the Promoter suspects ineligibility or a breach of these terms, the Prize may be forfeited and reallocated.
9. Claiming the Prize
Winners must claim their prize personally. Third-party claims are not allowed.
Changes in contact details should be reported promptly via email to [email protected].
For cash prizes, payment will be made to the Winner’s nominated bank account upon verification of ownership. Failure to provide verification within 14 days may result in disqualification.
The Promoter is not responsible if a Winner is unable or chooses not to claim their prize.
Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from the Prize unless caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
The Promoter is not liable for:
Missed entries due to errors or transmission faults;
Unauthorized access, destruction, or changes to entries;
Technical failures or system errors;
Website or network inaccessibility;
How the Prize is used by the Winner.
11. Data Protection and Publicity
Your personal data will be used only for administering the Competition or as outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
By entering, you consent to the use of your name, image, and location for publicity, unless you notify the Promoter in advance.
Even if you opt out of publicity, the Promoter may still provide your details to the ASA to confirm the Competition was fairly run.
If you win, you may be asked for additional information and ID verification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
You may request the deletion of your data, but this could affect the transfer of your prize. In such cases, you may forfeit the prize with no refund.
