We’ve made entering one of our competitions easy. You just need to register and open your account, then follow these 3 easy steps.
1. Pick the prize you’d like to win
2. Get your ticket online or using the postal method.
3. Receive your ticket and wait for the live draw.
How long does each draw last?
Our competitions last for a set period. We never extend a competition under any circumstances. Details for each draw are featured on the Live Competition page on our website.
What happens if not all the tickets are sold?
The closing date of each competition is stated on each prize and will take place regardless of the number of tickets sold for that competition. Somebody will always win each prize on the stated draw date.
When and how is the winner drawn?
The prize draw will take place on the date stated in each competition details.
Each draw is done using either Googles random number generator, the automatic number selector or our ball machine.
All instant win draws will done done using the automatic number selector once the draw has reached the end date or all the tickets have sold. Whichever happens first.
The draw itself will be available to view on Facebook via a live stream. Winners will then be contacted and a record of the winner of each prize placed on the website.
Who can enter?
The competition is open to all residents in the UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter.
How will I find out if I’m a winner?
You will be notified via email or phone number no less than 24 hours after the draw. It is then we will arrange delivery/ collection of the prize for you.
Tickets
How many tickets are there for each draw?
The maximum number of tickets for each competition are displayed in the draw details. This maximum number is set and will not change.
How can I tell how many tickets are already sold?
Both the maximum number of tickets for sale, and the total of tickets sold so far, are displayed in the draw details.
How do I receive my ticket number?
Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email containing your ticket details.
Where can I view my tickets?
Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.
Can I withdraw or amend my ticket purchase?
We never cancel orders manually. Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled after 1 hour if we do not receive a successful payment.
I’ve lost my account log-in, what do I need to do?
Not to worry. We lose things all of the time.

Ticket cost
How much does each ticket cost?
The cost of each ticket is clearly stated on each competitions page.
Unlike some sites, we won’t change the price once the competition has started. This way you can be sure everyone has paid the same price for tickets.
Are payments made securely?
We use secure, encrypted connections across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.
Prize mechanics
How do I know if I have won?
Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with your registered account. Please also check back on the website and on our social media channels after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured.
How do I receive my prize?
We will arrange for delivery of your prize with you or collection can be made if you are local and cant wait.
Can I take a cash alternative to the prize?
We aim to only provide the prize as advertised in our prize draws with no cash alternative. We may, however, offer you either cash or a voucher as a replacement for a prize. This is entirely at our discretion.
Do I have to take part in any publicity after winning a prize?
To ensure transparency and compliance, we’ll need to take a photo of you and your prize to go onto the winners’ page of our website.
Images may be used for promotional and marketing materials. If this is something you do not want to be featured in then please let us know.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
As of yet, this has never happened.

We will contact all winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach you within 28 days we reserve the right to award that Prize as a bonus in a different promotion.
The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

How many tickets can I buy?
Usually you can enter each competition a maximum of 10 times per person.
However, this may be reduced for low odd/low ticket competitions.
